I am confused about whether my case can be directly filed in the High Court or if I need to approach a lower court first. I am also unsure about the types of legal matters the High Court handles and when it has jurisdiction. This uncertainty makes it difficult for me to take the right legal step and avoid delays. I want clarity so I can proceed confidently with my case.
