Born in Jodhpur, Rajasthan on 2nd September 1959, Dr. Justice Kothari holds multiple academic distinctions including B.Com (Hons.), CA, CS, LL.B., LL.M., and Ph.D. in Taxation Policy and Freedom of Trade.
