Dr. Justice Vineet Kothari is a former Judge of the Rajasthan, Karnataka, Madras, and Gujarat High Courts, having served for over 16 years on the Bench and decided nearly 50,000 cases covering taxation, constitutional, civil, corporate, and service law matters. He is now a designated Senior Advocate by the Supreme Court of India and also serves as Senior Advisor at KPMG. His illustrious career spans law, taxation, academia, and arbitration — blending judicial integrity with professional excellence. Born in Jodhpur, Rajasthan on 2nd September 1959, Dr. Justice Kothari holds multiple academic distinctions including B.Com (Hons.), CA, CS, LL.B., LL.M., and Ph.D. in Taxation Policy and Freedom of Trade.
